Snow by Lucy (Mole Class)

Snow is falling on the trees like sugar sprinkled on crunchy cornflakes.
It's as crunchy as yummy pastry on sausage rolls.
It's as cold as a ice lolly.

    Wow Lucy - you have used some really good similes in your poem. I agree - snow does look like sugar sprinkled on crunchy cornflakes. I must go and have my breakfast!!
